🌱🔍 Septic Tank Access & Repair — Greentown 🔍🌱

This property had a second septic tank that hadn’t been pumped in approximately 40 years! The other tank had only ever been accessed through a cleanout, so we located the buried tank in the flower bed and dug it out to expose the lid.

Once opened, we found root intrusion around the baffle. We replaced the damaged pipe and baffle, sealed the area with spray foam, and installed new risers and a cleanout for much easier access for future pumping and maintenance. ✅

💦🚧 Water Line Repair — Mountain Top 🚧💦

This water line had broken underneath the driveway, causing water to pool, dips and cracks to form in the pavement, and an unusually wet area along the side of the house.

We carefully saw cut the blacktop piece by piece and exposed the water line. By following the water along the pipe, we were able to locate the damaged section and replace it with new water line. ✅

We then backfilled the area and prepared it for the blacktop to be replaced by another contractor.

🚨🧰 Emergency Sewer Line Repair — Milford 🧰🚨

We received an emergency call for a major backup at the Milford Healthcare & Rehabilitation Center. The building’s sewer lines were heavily clogged, so we began jetting from inside the building while Koberlein assisted with pumping.

When jetting wasn’t clearing the blockage, we brought in a rooter machine. After working from both the building and septic tank inlet, we determined the clog was beyond our reach.

We hand dug to expose the line, cut into the pipe, and ran the rooter from that access point—finally reaching the blockage and pulling out a large amount of rags. 💪🏼

We returned the following day to make the access point larger and installed a permanent cleanout, making future maintenance much easier. ✅

⚡️🔧 Drip System Electrical Repair — Tafton 🔧⚡️

This drip system was experiencing electrical issues caused by burnt wiring inside the tank. The faulty wiring also caused the contactor solenoid to become brittle and eventually break off.

We replaced the damaged contactor, repaired the wiring, and got the system back up and running properly. ✅

🌱💧 Gravity Sand Mound Rebuild — Dingmans Ferry 💧🌱

This gravity sand mound had become clogged with heavy biomat buildup, preventing the system from properly accepting and treating wastewater.

We removed the compromised sand and rebuilt the mound with new sand, fresh stone, and new piping to restore proper function. ✅

To finish the job, we topped everything off with fresh topsoil, grass seed, and straw for a clean finish and a fresh start! 🌿

This system was having electrical and pump issues. The existing pump was old, undersized, and had burnt wiring, leaving the system in need of an upgrade.

We replaced the old pump with a properly sized new one, repaired the damaged wiring, and installed new floats to get the system back up and running reliably. ✅

🏠⚒️ Septic System Upgrade — Greentown ⚒️🏠

This property had an old metal septic tank that was collapsing and needed to be replaced. Since the tank was located beneath the porch, it also no longer met current code requirements.

To safely meet the property's needs, we installed a new 1,000-gallon concrete tank along with a 500-gallon concrete tank. A single 1,250-gallon tank was required by code, but due to the steep slope of the property, using one larger tank would have created unnecessary risk.

We also installed a new connection from the house with a cleanout, tied it into the existing line leading to the drainage area behind the home, and finished the project with fresh gravel in the driveway. ✅

🛠️🚨 Septic Line Repair – Spring Brook Township 🚨🛠️

This customer was dealing with recurring clogs, and we suspected a collapsed pipe leading to the septic tank. The challenge was that the line ran beneath a deck, making access difficult.

After carefully hand digging around the tank, we found the pipe had broken off right at the tank inlet. We installed a new sewer line above ground alongside the existing utility lines, and installed a cleanout at the edge of the deck for easy access if maintenance is ever needed in the future. ✅

We also installed a riser and new lid on the septic tank, making future pump-outs much quicker and easier. The homeowner will be adding protection for the exposed line during the winter months. ❄️
