The ideal candidate for this position will have some experience in the construction industry preferably in siding installation and exterior trim carpentry, they will also have their own hand tools basic pack out such as snips impact drill hammer tool belt etc. Candidate will also need to be able to provide their own reliable transportation to and from the job site, which will be in the greater Cincinnati area working mainly on the 275 loop. I'm looking for motivated individuals, with positive attitudes and a team work mindset. Must be able to work on your own or as a part of our crew. Job requires being able to lift up to 75 lb frequently, climb up and down ladders, work suspended on walk boards from heights up to 30 ft in the air. You will also be able to remain on your feet for several hours at a time. You will need to be sober during work hours and also be able to interact with homeowners and conduct yourself in a professional manner. Military veterans are encouraged to apply.
