Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lead Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in general construction and a strong willingness to work, learn, and collaborate on various projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee carpentry projects from start to finish.
Ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.
Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with clients.
Mentor and train junior carpenters and apprentices.
Manage materials and resources efficiently to meet project deadlines.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in general construction.
Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques and best practices.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
