Meet Ryan Luginbuhl!
Ryan has been helping to keep things running smoothly at Sweeney for the past 4 years as a Superintendent, Operator, and Site Model Builder. Whether he’s in the seat operating equipment, building site models, or running the job site, his hard work shows.

When he's off the clock, you'll find him spending time with his two little girls, out on the golf course, fishing, or on a snowboard.

Problem-solving at its finest! 🛠️ When standard forms weren't working for this radius wall, our concrete team pulled together to build the structure from scratch.
Here’s how they nailed it:
• Poured a stable, solid footer
• Constructed custom curved formwork
• Reinforced the structure with rebar
• Carefully poured and cured the concrete
After 48 hours, they stripped the forms and were left with a perfect curve for the silo. Big shoutout to the crew for their skill and craftsmanship! 🏗️👏

The Sweeney crew is hard at work getting the Town parking lot at our West Hartford Heritage Site prepped and paved. From base prep to the final smooth life, our team is laying down quality that lasts.
