Client complaint of sink hole number two- Catch basin was falling apart — rebuilt it from the base up. Kept the existing bottom, replaced the blocks, grade ring ring, and new flat top. Pumped through a high water table to get it done right. Stratford job moving right along!

Sinkhole excavated, inspected, and repaired in Stratford. Water company cleared, sewer traced, root cause confirmed.

Septic repair completed today!

Full tank and D-box replacement, plus new inlet and outlet piping - designed to today’s codes.

Every property brings its own challenges. This one meant meeting minimum separation distances from the deck and pool, all while working within the existing footprint of the system to bring the tank up to today’s code standards. No two septic systems are the same, and that’s why every job gets a fresh look and a little outside-the-box thinking.

Emergency call Saturday. Two other contractors couldn’t find the leak. We did.

Client had been dealing with that leak running for almost a year before we finally tracked it down and made the repair. Failed connection dated back to the 80s, backfilled with large rocks instead of clean material- probably what caused the failure in the first place. All buried in a repair area packed with water, gas, and sewer utilities to navigate carefully. Not a easy fix.

Back up and running with minimal downtime.

When the outcome is more important than cost, you call us. Shopping around for cheaper quotes that don’t end up making the repair only costs you more money in the long run. We might not always be your first call, but we will always be your last call!

Got the call yesterday - sewer main backed up inside a building, not a fun situation for anyone. Cleared the debris, freed up the line, then cameraed the entire run inside and out to the parking lot to make sure it was clean all the way through. Emergency calls always jump the line for us. Building’s back to normal, customer’s happy, we’re happy. That’s the job.

We’ve been busy — another septic install in the books.

This one failed inspection for real estate transaction, so we tore it out and started fresh: new 1,250-gallon tank, D-box, and 55 linear feet of Mantis leaching line.

Passed inspection and On to the next one.
