Septic repairs in Guilford, CT.
Old tank out, new H-20 rated tank in, outlet line replaced. Deteriorated riser replaced and set to grade. Paved and closed out in two days.

What started as a “sinkhole in the driveway” call in Cheshire, CT turned out to be the home’s original septic drywell giving way. After a full assessment, the right call was a complete system replacement, bringing everything up to current code.

Today we wrapped it up:
✅ New 1,250-gallon Roth tank
✅ New distribution box
✅ 74 linear feet of Infiltrator Quick4 High Capacity galleries
✅ Backfilled, graded, and topsoiled

Another happy customer, and on to the next one. For us, doing it right matters more than doing it cheap, and our clients know that’s why they call us.

Septic system replacement for one of our real estate clients. Our goal was to get in and out in just a few days so showings could continue with minimal disruption.

This was a full system repair including a new 1,250-gallon ROTH tank and 68 LF of Mantis leaching system with a sand package. We finished it off by backfilling, final grading, topsoil, and seed and hay.

Branford job wrapped today- lowered and repaired / replaced catch basin structures, tied in gutter drains, and inspected the storm systems on this property and neighboring ones. Plenty of curveballs along the way, but crew pushed through. Finished it off with paving and restoration. Proud of this one. 🚧

Client complaint of sink hole number two- Catch basin was falling apart — rebuilt it from the base up. Kept the existing bottom, replaced the blocks, grade ring ring, and new flat top. Pumped through a high water table to get it done right. Stratford job moving right along!

Sinkhole excavated, inspected, and repaired in Stratford. Water company cleared, sewer traced, root cause confirmed.

Septic repair completed today!

Full tank and D-box replacement, plus new inlet and outlet piping - designed to today’s codes.

Every property brings its own challenges. This one meant meeting minimum separation distances from the deck and pool, all while working within the existing footprint of the system to bring the tank up to today’s code standards. No two septic systems are the same, and that’s why every job gets a fresh look and a little outside-the-box thinking.

Emergency call Saturday. Two other contractors couldn’t find the leak. We did.

Client had been dealing with that leak running for almost a year before we finally tracked it down and made the repair. Failed connection dated back to the 80s, backfilled with large rocks instead of clean material- probably what caused the failure in the first place. All buried in a repair area packed with water, gas, and sewer utilities to navigate carefully. Not a easy fix.

Back up and running with minimal downtime.

When the outcome is more important than cost, you call us. Shopping around for cheaper quotes that don’t end up making the repair only costs you more money in the long run. We might not always be your first call, but we will always be your last call!
