We finally have a small flock of American Bresse that are laying again!

These eggs are important to the family food supply, but they represent so much more than that. Having the knowledge and skills to grow and maintain our own food supply is irreplaceable.

The American Bresse is the only breed of chicken we raise. They provide meat and eggs and insect control. They also have exceptional meat flavor and quality.
