NEW POOL installation wrapped up yesterday for our friends over at . This is a 18x36 rectangle with an 18' step/sundeck entry way and a 5' deep end corner bench.

Not every one is simply just replacing the liner. On this one the blind drain (ground water management line) was malfunctioning due to being clogged with not only clay but a chipmunk nest as well. When the pool got drained we lost pretty much the whole back wall. Alot of work bucketing and wheel borrowing out all of the soupy clay that had collapsed the vermiculite. After the muck was removed we brought in 1.5" crushed stone to fill the void and hold back the remaining fill. Then we laid a new vermiculite base in there along with skim coating the rest of the pool. We chased the blind drain line and cut it at the clog and rerouted a new segment under the pool to control the ground water. Alot of work involved to make it work with no access for machines or trucks.

NEW LINER Installed today on this 16x32 rectangle with 2' radius corners and fiberglass steps.

Worked involved:
-Upgraded skimmers to widemouth skimmers w/ new lines
- New low wall suction line
-5 New Return lines
-Salt water conversion
- New Liner track
- New liner
