Hands down the hardest piece of property I’ve ever worked
started off with 10 acres and nearly 800 trees of nothing but swamp the property it held water everywhere except the pond after 36 days and a whole lot of scratching my head we finally finished the property was higher on all the surrounding neighbors property. We took up almost 700 trees 208 stumps peeled back the topsoil dug 10,000 yards of clay out of a pond bed to make the pond bigger build up the property at least 18 inches and most spots built to 2500 foot levees 8 inches high, then covered it back up in topsoil and forced the water out the back after all the we put in and thinking we would never finish. It finally came together. Let me know what you think

We just finished up the next phase of development Johnson Systems Inc. in this phase out front the property was holding water, so we re-sloped the entire property and put ditches in and we built a 75 x 150‘ pad for the next building and put another 60 foot drive in the back we still have one phase left to do the back right side of the property and this will be finished

I'd like to thank B&B Recycling, Patrick and his wife, for letting us come and clear a couple acres of land and build a 40 x 80 pad where a pond used to be about 100 years ago. It was a bit of a challenge, but turned out nice. We also fixed their driveway, which went up about 15 feet and 20 yards, and I had to put a curve in it to get the steep slope out of it. They're very good people to work with. If y'all have any scrap computers, TVs, monitors, or anything like that? They recycle them, so give them a call.

The grandkids had ball games at Berry over the weekend. So, when the game was over, Bev and I took a ride down to Tommy and Kelly Bonner's place and flew the drone. Wow , the place sure is looking good, Tommy. Hope you and kelly like the photos.

Paul Burke's recent project has come to fruition after 10 days of removing stumps and brush, constructing driveways, and building a pond. This stunning, handcrafted, all-wood home features a custom 2-car garage and is situated overlooking a serene pond. Perfect for small farm enthusiasts, the property includes a custom concrete floor chicken coop. Working with Paul is a rewarding experience, as each project presents a new challenge. Talk about complete transformation. This particular job had eight different step ups and roads going everywhere in between everything but turned out awesome appreciate the work Stephen.
