Alta’s log home packages include; precut walls, gables and roof rafters, porch rafters and posts, ceiling and laminated ridge beams, decking for roof loft or second floor, Andersen 400 Series windows with Low-E4 insulated glass, screens and trim, Therma-Tru Fiber Classic Doors, 10-inch Alta-Max log screws, hardware, caulking and stain. All of Alta’s log home packages come with a 10-year owner transferable factory warranty covering design and manufactured components. Special features include accurately machined custom log-locking grooves and precut logs to eliminate any job-site fitting.
