Stormwater bioretention ponds play a critical role in protecting our waterways, reducing flooding, and improving water quality. These systems are designed to capture and filter runoff from roads, parking lots, and developed areas before it reaches nearby streams, rivers, and lakes.

However, a bioretention pond is only effective when it is properly maintained.

Over time, sediment, debris, trash, and excess vegetation can accumulate within the pond, reducing its ability to filter pollutants and manage stormwater. Routine maintenance helps ensure that inlets and outlets remain clear, vegetation remains healthy, and the pond continues to function as designed.

-Load truck using excavator, wheel loader, and track loader when needed.
-Transport equipment with single axle dump truck and tag along trailer when needed.

Must be able to:

-Safely and efficiently operate skid loader and excavators in tight work environments.
-Read and understand blueprints
-Physically be able to perform manual labor such and straw roll installation, pipe installation, shoveling, and raking.
-Previous snow removal experience.

Prefered but not required:

-Class A cdl to move equipment using an F-550 size truck and 24,000lb trailer.
