A Hidden Library. A Music Room. A One-of-a-Kind Custom Design. 🎹

This project was an incredible one to build from start to finish.

Our clients wanted a floor-to-ceiling red oak library that was more than just a bookcase—they wanted it to become part of the room itself.

✨ Features include:
• Solid red oak construction with a custom dark stain
• Floor-to-ceiling built-in bookcases
• Rolling library ladder on a full-length rail
• Custom sliding barn door that disappears behind the bookcase to create privacy for the piano room while allowing music to fill the home when open
• Matching glass barn doors on the opposite entrance
• Every piece custom-built, finished, and installed specifically for this home

The hidden sliding door was designed so the homeowner can close off the piano room when practicing, then slide it completely behind the bookcase when entertaining—keeping the beautiful library as the focal point.

From a piece of tape on the floor to a finished custom island.

This homeowner wanted more storage, more workspace, and a kitchen that worked better for everyday life.

We started by laying out the island location, secured it into the existing floor system, built a custom cabinet to match the kitchen, and added deep storage drawers along with a double trash pullout.

The result is a custom island that looks like it was always part of the original design.

Sometimes the right island can completely change how a kitchen functions without requiring a full remodel.

Homeowner wanted more storage without a full kitchen remodel. We enclosed the open shelving, built a new island, and updated all the doors and drawer fronts. Final paint was completed by the homeowner to help stay within budget.
