This house in Elmer NJ was built in the 1800’s and has been in this friend/client’s family from the beginning. They wanted to remodel the kitchen and laundry areas while keeping some of the original charm intact. This was a challenge due to the age of the house but we couldn’t be happier with the results. New floors, ceilings, walls, wiring/electrical fixtures, HVAC mods, cabinets, backsplash, counters, appliances, trim, doors, and paint.

This is the second project this year for this wonderful client in the Spring Garden section of Philadelphia. The master bedroom had open closets without doors and needed fresh paint. We also added electric and a large ceiling fan to this bedroom with 10’ ceilings. The master bath includes a tub to shower conversion with custom tiled shower and glass shower door, tiled floors, toilet, vanity, new lighting and exhaust fan, new prehung door with opposite swing to maximize the space within the bathroom, fresh paint, trim, and a custom recessed wall shelf where the old medicine cabinet used to be. The logistics of working in the city are always challenging, but the results here made it worth the effort.

This project was truly transformative. We started with a tiny bathroom and blew out the closet area behind it. We changed the layout and added a freestanding tub, custom shower with bench, floor to ceiling large format tile, tiled floor with integrated radiant heat, all new lighting, craftsman trim and craftsman window, and 3 piece custom bath vanity among many other odds and ends. Just waiting on the vanity top, and custom shower glass. Lots of pictures for this one showing before, during, and after. This project was a challenge, and we are thrilled with the outcome so far.

We just completed this huge kitchen renovation for a truly amazing client in Cherry Hill. We converted this kitchen and dining room into one cohesive functional space. This was probably our longest project for a single space at 15 working days plus a lot of design and planning. Lots of pictures here and we are super proud of this transformation. Thanks so much to my client for trusting us with this project.
