Project Progress | 816 & 826 Forest Road – Vail, CO

The PCW team is pushing forward on one of the most complex projects currently underway in the Vail Valley. These massive structures demand precision, expertise, and seamless collaboration—and we couldn’t be prouder of the skill and dedication our crew brings every day. 👷‍♂️💪

At 826 – Unit A, we’re busy setting steel and installing nailers and hangers, while L2 Concrete is forming the final vertical walls. Our goal is to get this building under roof as quickly as possible.

Meanwhile, at 816 Forest Road, MEXAMER is installing underground and in-floor heating so L2 Concrete can prep the garage slab. Once complete, our team will return in force to begin steel installation on 816.

This progress would not be possible without the partnership of so many talented people. A huge thank you to the excavator, L2 Concrete, Jake the steel guy, MEXAMER, Jay Nobrega, Matt Anderson, and Eric Doran. We’re grateful to be part of this incredible team effort.

Our team is making great progress, pushing forward on exterior detailing, irrigation, and landscaping. 🌿🏡

We are officially underway with this beautifully designed custom home in Eagle Ranch! 🏡✨

A heartfelt thank you to Grant Robinson and Ali Robinson for the opportunity. Special shout-out to Maggie Toplisek Fitzgerald, A.I.A., and Paul Newkirk, P.E., for their incredible design and engineering expertise.

We’re excited to kick off a new project this week on Forest Road (Born Free) in Vail, CO. 🚧

PCW is proud to support Vail Resorts, Inc. in building this Lionshead Pump House, working alongside our partners at Gould Construction. While it may be a small project, it plays a big role—ensuring snowmaking capabilities that help keep our local ski hills in great shape all season long. ⛷️🏔️

We’re grateful to contribute to the infrastructure that supports both our community and the ski industry we all love.

🚧 Project Spotlight: 816/826 Forest Road, Vail, CO 🏔️

We’re thrilled to share progress on one of our latest builds in Vail. Partnering with MEXAMER has been invaluable, and a huge shoutout to L2 Concrete for their outstanding work.

This project features two stunning structures, built with over 610 steel pieces and a remarkable volume of conventional lumber—spanning an impressive 30,000 sq. ft.

None of this would be possible without our dedicated and skilled crews—the true backbone of every project we take on.

Here’s to teamwork, craftsmanship, and building something extraordinary in the heart of the Rockies. 💪✨
