Client Build Update!!

One of our dear clients who is building one of our custom home designs in Lyman, SC was nice enough to send us updated construction photos of their lakeside home as it nears completion.

They have truly been through the ringer with builders having started with one - firing them, hiring a second who then fired their own project manager and are now managing it themselves. Pick your builder carefully!!

Now this is a nice looking custom barndominium! My team continues to do some amazing work, this time with a wonderful client building in Northern Georgia - near Helen, GA. Such a beautiful location for a beautiful custom barndominium!

Design + Build......why would you do it any other way?

So happy to share that we poured the post-tension foundation on our modern farmhouse in El Reno, OK this morning. We've been working with this client for a good while now helping them to address some land issues, city issues and budget issues. While our budget is tight - we have it under control!

Meet the African Violet Plan. A single-story modern farmhouse estate with serious presence and a true four-car garage.

The African Violet stretches nearly 111 feet wide, with multiple gabled rooflines, vertical siding, and natural stone accents that give it real depth from the curb.
