Yesterday our custom home #2 was featured on the 2025 Distinctive Homes Tour.

It’s officially been 5 YEARS since Russ (Grandpa) Rooney joined ATCF and we started operating as a Father & Son duo on building and restoration projects.

What a remarkable journey it has been! Since then we have done major restoration/renovation work on more than 10 properties and built two custom homes in Downtown Guthrie.

If anyone doesn’t know, Russ does all of the planning/drafting for our projects along with the ground-up construction. We feel incredibly fortunate to have his skills and knowledge building quality homes in Guthrie!

We are excited about upcoming projects and we look forward to building more beautiful homes in this fantastic community!
