Seasonal Christmas Light Installer Needed
**Christmas Decor – is looking for motivated, dependable, and hardworking individuals to join our team for the upcoming holiday season!**
We install professional Christmas lighting and holiday décor for residential and commercial properties throughout North Texas, and we’re looking for people who enjoy working outdoors, aren’t afraid of heights, and take pride in doing quality work.
What You’ll Do
Install Christmas lights and holiday décor on residential and commercial properties
Work on ladders, roofs, and around the exterior of homes and businesses
Safely install, maintain, and remove holiday lighting
Follow installation plans and designs to create professional-looking displays
Work efficiently while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail
Communicate professionally with customers and team members
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all company safety procedures
Help with light removal and take-down at the end of the season
Schedule & Hours
This is a seasonal position running from October through January, with approximately two weeks off during December for Christmas.
Typical schedule: 4-day work week with 10+ hour shifts
Flexible Scheduling — we’ll work with your availability
Full-time seasonal and part-time opportunities available
Selected candidates can start as soon as possible after being hired for training and preparation before installations begin
Compensation
$15–$20 per hour, based on experience, with bonus opportunities.
What We’re Looking For
Reliable and dependable
Comfortable working outdoors
Comfortable working on ladders and at heights
Can lift 50+ lbs
Can work for 10+ hrs
Comfortable using basic hand tools
Physically able to perform outdoor, hands-on work
Detail-oriented and takes pride in quality work
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Able to work independently as well as part of a team
Previous Christmas light, landscaping, construction, pool, or general labor experience is a plus, but not required
Training is provided — no previous Christmas light installation experience is necessary.
Additional Opportunities
Our primary need is for seasonal Christmas light installers. For the right candidate, there may be opportunities for additional or year-round work with our pool operations after the Christmas season. These opportunities are limited and are not guaranteed.
