Rockin B Surveying is seeking an experienced CAD Technician to join our growing team immediately. This is an urgent hire for someone who can step in and produce quality survey drafting with efficiency and accuracy.

🔧 Responsibilities:
• Draft boundary surveys, topographic surveys, ALTA surveys, and plats
• Process field data and create clean, professional deliverables
• Work closely with RPLS and field crews
• Maintain file organization and drawing standards
• Meet project deadlines

💻 Qualifications:
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D (required)
• Experience in land surveying drafting (2+ years preferred)
• Understanding of metes and bounds descriptions
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Strong attention to detail

⭐ Bonus Skills:
• Carlson software experience
• Experience preparing final plats for county submission
• Familiarity with Texas surveying standards
