Low water changes the game.
More access. More visibility. More opportunity to tackle dock repairs, shoreline work and renovations that are harder when the lake is up.

If your dock needs work, now’s the time to take a look.

How Much Does a Custom Boat Dock Cost?
It's one of the questions we get asked most often.

The honest answer is... it depends.

Every dock we build is designed specifically for your property and the way you use the lake:

✔️ Dock size and layout
✔️ Single or multiple boat slips
✔️ Boat and PWC lifts
✔️ Covered or open design
✔️ Storage or enclosed living space
✔️ Decking, railings, lighting and finishes
✔️ Water depth and shoreline conditions
✔️ Permitting and site requirements

If you're thinking about building a dock, send me a photo of your shoreline along with what you'd like to build. I'll walk you through the options and help you understand what to expect.
