🚨 THEY SAID IT WOULD TAKE A MIRACLE… WE SAID, “WHEN DO YOU NEED IT DONE?” 🔥
Some people would’ve said HELL NO. Others would’ve said THAT’S IMPOSSIBLE.
But when Shannon Feeley with Waterfront Remodeling shared her vision, showed us the timeline, and told us what needed to happen, our response was simple…
“TELL US WHEN YOU NEED IT DONE BY, AND WE’LL MAKE IT HAPPEN!” 💪⚡
And let me tell you… WHAT. A. RIDE!
Early mornings. Late nights. Long weekends. Unexpected challenges. A whole lot of teamwork, determination, and probably a few choice words along the way. 😂
But here's the thing about working with people like Shannon…
“CAN’T” ISN’T IN HER VOCABULARY, AND “IMPOSSIBLE” ISN’T IN OURS!
When you bring together business owners and teams who share the same passion, work ethic, and commitment to quality, some pretty incredible things happen.
A VISION BECOMES REALITY. AND NOW IT'S TIME TO CELEBRATE! 🎉

We want to take a moment to recognize the incredible woman behind all of this… SHANNON FEELEY! ❤️
If you've had the pleasure of meeting Shannon, you already know she's an absolute FORCE in this industry. She's a born leader, a hardworking business owner, and someone who doesn't just talk about getting things done… SHE GETS THEM DONE!
She has built an incredible in-house team specializing in carpentry, interior, and exterior remodeling, and she holds everyone involved to the same high standards she sets for herself.
As a fellow family-owned business, we know firsthand what goes into building something from the ground up. The sacrifices, the stress, the sleepless nights, and the pressure of having people counting on you.
That's why this grand opening is about SO MUCH MORE than a beautiful new showroom.
IT'S ABOUT HARD WORK, BIG DREAMS, AND THE PEOPLE WHO HELP BRING THEM TO LIFE! ❤️
And that's exactly why we're so grateful to work alongside Shannon and her team. There's something special about finding other business owners who genuinely care about their employees, their clients, their craftsmanship, and the relationships they build along the way.
NOW WE NEED OUR COMMUNITY TO SHOW UP AND SHOW OUT! 📣🔥
🏡 HOMEOWNERS: Thinking about remodeling your kitchen, bathroom, or entire home? Come meet the team that can help bring your vision to life!
🏘️ REALTORS, INVESTORS & BUSINESS OWNERS: Come network, build relationships, and connect with some incredible local professionals!
🔨 CONTRACTORS & VENDORS: Let's support one another, celebrate each other's wins, and continue raising the standard of craftsmanship throughout Tampa Bay!
❤️ FRIENDS & FAMILY: Come celebrate a woman who has worked incredibly hard to make this dream a reality!
Because at the end of the day, THIS IS WHAT SUPPORTING LOCAL IS ALL ABOUT.
It's not just sharing a post or recommending a business. It's showing up, celebrating each other's accomplishments, building relationships instead of competition, and supporting the people who pour their hearts into what they do.
SHANNON, YOU BUILT SOMETHING WORTH CELEBRATING! 🥂
From all of us at Greater Bay Electric, we couldn't be prouder to have been part of this journey. Thank you for trusting our team, appreciating our guys, and reminding us how rewarding it is to work alongside people who share our values.
We're excited for everything ahead for Waterfront Remodeling, and we can't wait to see what we accomplish together next!
💚🧡 SMALL BUSINESSES SUPPORTING SMALL BUSINESSES. THAT'S HOW WE BUILD A STRONGER COMMUNITY!
🔥 NOW LET'S FILL THAT SHOWROOM, MAKE SOME CONNECTIONS, AND GIVE SHANNON THE CELEBRATION SHE DESERVES!
