Just finished another set of extra cabinets in Talon Preserve.

This is my 7th job of this type in Talon.

I have been doing kitchen and bath remodels for 40 years and now loving these smaller projects.

My customer needed more storage in her kitchen in her Villa.

I designed the set to fit nicely into her extra wall in her kitchen and to match the existing shaker cabinets.

My cabinet supplier has better quality and construction for about 1/2 the price of the Aristocraft builders cabinets that are the only choice at our development. Plus the match is truly amazing!

This design installed was in the price range of $3k including all the cabinets, butcher block countertop, trim, electrical and caulking.

We are just finishing up our project in Gulfport FL.

We have been completely renovating (gutting) a 4 BR 2BA home near historic Gulfport pier and beach area. It turned out great.

This has been an ongoing project for over a year with major delays due to permit delays, required city building inspections and engineering issues that have all been resolved.

This project was started by an investor/flipper who had no construction experience and just heard you could make $’s by flipping houses…well he lost over $200k on this project before we took it over.

Everything was done wrong from removing a garage (what a huge mistake) turning it into a 4th bedroom to moving the kitchen into the family room with no storage.
I designed a new kitchen with an eat at island and moved it back to where it belonged, designed and added a laundry room, added walls where required and a hallway, completely gutted and updated the kitchen with all new cabinets, appliances, tile and flooring. Plus we gutted and removed all the prior shoddy bath renovations and designed and built a new master bath with a free standing shower, double vanity and a separate beautiful soaking tub with all new modern fixtures.

I have had 40 years of experience in home improvements and renovations and did all the design and layout myself, along with myself doing much of the build and detailing.

If you need any advice from someone who has seen and done it all in the home improvement business, we still have a branch and technicians in New Jersey and have been in the Tampa Bay Area for over a year now.

We are the original Jeff’s Handyman Service! We have been operating for over 23 years with the same name. Our home has been South Plainfield, Scotch Plains, Greenbrook and now Somerville.

There are companies in New Jersey (Lyndhurst) that are trying to piggyback off our impeccable reputation. But we are the original!

No job is too small!
We do it all from furniture and gym equipment assembly, lighting, fixture installation, mechanical appliance repair, ceiling fans, faucets, trim work, to complete bathroom 🚽 remodeling.
