Quick PVC drain repair this morning at a local fast-food restaurant. Cut out the damaged section, made the repair, cleaned everything up, and got them back in business.

Complete toilet tank rebuild from top to bottom. 🚽🔧

New fill valve, flush valve, flapper, tank-to-bowl hardware and gasket, supply line, and all the little pieces that make everything work the way it should.

Then came the final check — blue dye tablets in the tank to make sure there wasn’t any water sneaking into the bowl.

Passed with flying colors. No leak, solid repair, and this toilet is holding exactly like it should. 💧🤙🏻

Testing the upper heating element on this electric water heater confirmed a grounded/failed element, with additional testing showing the lower element had failed as well.

Good diagnostics before throwing parts at the problem — that’s the name of the game.

Out with the old, in with the clean.
