We know so many of you are exhausted, without power, and trying to figure out what comes next. We’re working every day to help our neighbors get their power back on—and we wanted to share a little of what’s happening behind these photos. 💙💛

Most of our employees are still without power themselves. One had a tree come through their roof. Another has extensive damage to their home. Even while facing their own cleanup and repairs, our electricians have been out late into the night, working by headlamp and flashlight to help their neighbors.

Our office is still without power, so we’re tethering to personal cell phones and running on caffeine and generator power. Some of our electricians’ wives have even been driving all over town hunting down parts to keep repairs moving. We’re incredibly grateful for our team and the families helping make this possible.

If you’re waiting on a call back or a repair, we know that wait is hard. The volume of calls and appointments is overwhelming, and supplies are difficult to find. Some jobs are taking longer than expected because we’re having to bring parts in from hours away. Thank you for your patience as we work to reach as many people as we can.

See one of our vans helping your neighbor? Flag us down. Our electrician can come take a look and give you a quote on the spot. If time and materials allow, they may be able to get started while they’re nearby. Helping more neighbors while we’re already in the area means less time on the road and more time getting power restored.

We’ve always said we have the best beaches and fishing in the world, but this storm reminds us we also have the best people. 💙💛

There’s beauty in seeing a community come together after a storm—in families hunting down supplies, neighbors lending a hand, and people showing up for each other even when they’re struggling themselves.

October is Fire Safety Month, and Mr. Electric of Pensacola is celebrating the firefighters and first responders who make a difference every day!
