The USS Abraham Lincoln has been at sea for 9 MONTHS. Five straight months in combat. Over 5,000 sailors and Marines are stuck aboard with moldy showers, broken toilets, no hot water, and food so scarce that some are surviving on half a cup of rice and two tortillas.

Toothpaste, soap, and deodorant are gone. Some laundry machines have been been broken for weeks. A ship's doctor warned the crew needs to hit port soon or people are going to face serious mental stress.

208 consecutive days at sea without a single break is a modern record. Sailors are working brutal shifts with almost no days off, loading bombs and missiles on a flight deck one veteran says has holes worn straight through it.

And this is all so Trump can drag us deeper into a war with Iran that nobody asked for.

They campaigned on no more endless wars. They delivered exhausted sailors trapped on a rusting carrier for a "victory" nobody can even define.

We pushed our military to the edge. For what? For whom?

These are somebody's kids. And they're being ground down for a war we were promised we'd never fight.
