A closer look at the Sonoma—where every detail becomes part of the bigger picture. 🤍

A kitchen made for gathering, an open living space made for everyday moments, and a primary suite that feels like a retreat at the end of the day.

Because a dream home isn’t only about how it looks. It’s about how beautifully it fits the life you want to live.

Which space would make you fall in love first?

Fine, we’ll cook… up your next dream home. 🤍

The recipe? Thoughtful floor plans, beautiful finishes, and spaces designed for real life.

We’ll meet you in the kitchen—preferably one with a big waterfall island. 😉

We’re pretty good at reading between the lines… especially when they’re floor plans. 🤍

More room to host? A space to work? A layout that makes your mornings easier? Tell us how you want to live, and we can explore the available plans and options with you.

Your wish list is a good place to start.

Already calling it home. Just waiting on the keys. 🤍

Some places make it easy to picture your next chapter. The morning coffee spot, the kitchen where everyone gathers, and the space you’ll finally make your own.

That’s the feeling at Palmetto Estates.

Nothing’s wrong… we’re just hoping to make your next-home vision board 🤍

Two SS Homes communities. Two different settings to picture your next chapter:

📍 Palmetto Estates — in North Bakersfield, with spacious homes and generous lots for the life you’re growing into.

📍 Vista Montaire — in East Bakersfield, offering a gated setting and mountain views for those drawn to a quieter backdrop.

When choosing your next home, look beyond the floor plan. Consider your daily commute, where you spend your weekends, and how much outdoor space you’ll actually use. The community should fit your everyday life, too.

Which setting feels more like you?

We said anything… but a two-story might be where we draw the line. 😁

At Palmetto Estates, we specialize in single-story homes designed for easy everyday living—open layouts, spacious rooms, and everything you need on one level.
