Not every family fits a cookie-cutter floor plan and this one was designed knowing that. 🖤

This is Lot 10, the Shasta C at Palmetto Estates. Modern style, 2,578 square feet, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 3-car garage. But the two details everyone stops on are the flex suite and the primary bedroom.
