Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused CDL-A Truck Driver for local routes. This position allows you to be home every night while delivering sod safely and efficiently within the local area. If you value consistent routes, steady hours, and work-life balance, this is the opportunity for you.
Responsibilities
• Safely operate a Class A commercial vehicle on assigned local routes
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Load and unload freight as required
• Ensure timely deliveries while maintaining compliance with DOT regulations
• Maintain accurate logs and required documentation
• Provide professional customer service at delivery locations
Qualifications
• Valid CDL Class A license
• Clean driving record
• Minimum [1–2 years] of verifiable driving experience preferred
• Current DOT medical card
• Ability to lift up to [50–75 lbs] if required
• Strong work ethic and commitment to safety
