🚀 Framing Phase Complete on this Custom Home Project!
We just wrapped up setting the roof trusses on what was easily one of the most complex roof systems we’ve tackled. Cathedral ceilings soaring up to 22 feet, multiple roof lines and pitches, plus several elevation changes — this roof demanded precision at every step.
Interior framing is also nearly finished, with the majority of bedrooms and closets now in place. We even executed a key field revision on a 22’ span, installing an LVL to properly support the end gable wall.
Today the crew is finishing the decking, installing the front decorative posts, and triple-checking every piece of hardware and connector. Safety and structural integrity are non-negotiable.
We’re on track to bring in the trades middle to end of next week. Excited to keep the momentum going on this beauty!

🚨 New Kitchen Remodel Starting in Winter Park! 🚨

Excited to get started on this kitchen-focused renovation project! Demolition is underway as we reconfigure and upgrade the space:
• Major kitchen layout reconfiguration
• Pantry and laundry room layout updates
• Custom wine bar built into the stair space
• Replacing the rear sliding glass door with a wider, modern door system overlooking the pool
• Fireplace refresh for a cleaner, updated look
We’re also pulling out the existing dark hardwood floors and will be installing lighter white oak engineered hardwood throughout to brighten up the entire home.
This is going to be a great transformation! Follow along for progress photos and updates.

📣 Fence Post Project Update – We’re Officially in the Framing Phase!
Great news on our current custom homes project in Tavares! This custom home has moved into the framing stage.
✅ Trusses have been delivered and are staged on site (fully engineered for our 140 mph wind zone per Florida Building Code).
✅ Full framing package (lumber, sheathing, etc.) is on site.
✅ Our framing crew has started the layout of all bearing walls.
✅ Thermosheath insulation has been applied to the exterior CMU walls today for better energy efficiency and code compliance.
The house is really starting to take shape — you can already see the roof lines and room layouts forming. This phase is exciting because it’s when the home truly starts to feel real!
We’re staying on schedule and focused on quality, safety, and protecting your long-term value in this Florida climate. More photos and updates coming soon as the trusses go up.

Exciting progress at the Fence Post Residence in Tavares, Florida! 🏗️✨
We’ve just completed the concrete block (CMU) walls in two precise lifts. The second lift reached an impressive 18'-8" over the front entrance and master bathroom to create stunning vaulted ceilings. This design will make the home feel grand and inviting the moment you step through the double 10-foot-high front doors!
Today we’re pouring the tall walls, laying out the bearing walls, and framing begins tomorrow. Engineered roof trusses arrive next week. Built to the highest standards of the Florida Building Code 8th Edition (2023) with 155 mph wind resistance.
