I am currently in the middle of a tub conversion project. Everything is waterproofed and the pan is full of water for the flood test. I used the stainless channel across the front of the seat because I love overkill🙂. And it helps me to sleep at night!

Sneak peaks of two bathrooms I have been working on since the beginning of December for the same wonderful customers. Haven't been posting much lately because there's been so much going on. Hope to be almost wrapped up by the end of the week!

Thanks to for the custom offset shower base. There was a bathroom fan for the basement bathroom in the center of that floor joist cavity and it was impossible to center the drain. Wes to the rescue!

Just finished up this powder room today. It's amazing how much work goes into these tiny spaces! Lunada Bay Elon Hex tile and Spectralock pro premium epoxy grout throughout. Two kinds of tile and set them however you want. This was my best attempt at "random".

The wall with the door was nowhere close to plumb. I chose to mirror rather than wrap the pattern to deal with this. I had to measure each piece and cut it individually because the size changed the farther up the wall I went.

Dear . Rather than setting tile as planned, I spent my afternoon pressure washing kiln release off the back of all the tile. This is unacceptable. Please do better. Rant over.

Another beautiful bathroom all wrapped up. I laid it out so that the grain would wrap through all the corners (except where the niche is). More cuts this way, but very symmetrical and centered.

New cast iron tub. It took 3 of us to get it upstairs. But it's not going anywhere now! All grouted with Spectralock pro premium epoxy for the most maintenance -friendly installation possible. Glass will be installed in a few weeks.

Thanks for looking! Stay tuned for more fun things to come.

Finished setting this surround and baseboard today. Cleaned up and reorganized this afternoon to reset the head space. Much needed! Back at it next week for epoxy grout (is there any other kind?) and then to put it all together. Have a great weekend folks!

Once upon a time there was a subfloor with ample undulations. Then it was poured dead flat. And they all lived happily ever after.
