Hiring Laborer 2 positions for Immediate Start (Columbus)

Compensation: Starting $18-$20

Employment type: full-time

We are looking for Laborer 2's with developed skills and experience in Unit Turns.

These are Year-round positions with the potential for advancement to lead!

Employees must have verifiable experience in the following:
• Deck/balcony repair and replacement
• Drywall repair, replacement, and finishing
• Painting interior walls, doors, trim, and ceilings. (Preferred, not required)
• LVT Flooring installation
• Wall framing and repair
• Cabinet installation and repair
• Trim work repair and replacement
• Bathtub and surround repair and replacement
• Faucet replacement
• New toilet installation, including removal
• Bathroom vanity installation
• Interior and exterior door replacement
• Countertop repair and replacement
• Caulking
• Shower manifold replacement
• Appliance installation
• Light fixture replacement

* Candidates must be able to work independently or with a team with little or no supervision and complete quality work in a fast-paced environment.

* Employees must have reliable transportation, their own tools, good attendance, and closed-toe shoes.

We are looking for full-time W-2 employees only who are authorized to work in the U.S.

* NO-1099 contractors.*

Normal work hours are M-F, 9 am to 5:30 pm, with optional overtime.

* Employees are paid weekly.

** Promotions to lead positions are available once skills are verified.

Raises are available once skills, speed, and work quality can be verified on the job.

Qualifications: 5 years or more of office management experience. Preferably in construction or a related field.

Pay Frequency: Weekly

Employment Type: Full-time W-2

Eligibility: U.S. Citizens or possess a valid government work permit. All employees will be e-verified to confirm
eligibility.

Pay Range: Salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Job Skills:
The ideal candidate must be able to perform the following:
• Experience in construction materials and management
• Multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Able to work in an office environment for 90% of the workday.
• Able to lift 70 lbs.
• Work well under pressure
• Excellent scheduling, organizational, and forecasting skills.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assign and schedule daily staffing assignments.
• Work with various properties to ensure materials are available to complete work.
• Work with leads and supervisors to keep accurate records of materials needed.
• Work with leads and supervisors on the progress of job assignments.
• Will keep a record of pending, in-progress, and completed jobs.
• Other duties as needed.
