We missed Boss’s Day yesterday… hopefully that doesn’t come up at our next review. 😂

Happy belated Boss’s Day to Rees! We’re pretty sure he’s burned or thrown away every piece of clothing that doesn’t say ARC Electric on it. At this point, even his socks probably have a company logo. ⚡️🤣

All jokes aside, we’re grateful to have him at the helm, leading this crew day in and day out. His pride in ARC, dedication to our team, and drive to keep us growing show up in everything he does—and apparently everything he wears.

Thanks for giving us a company we’re proud to represent, boss! 👊

ARC spotted in the wild… literally! 🏹🦌

Adam—the “A” of ARC—was bundled up in his ARC gear in the tree stand this morning, waiting for a deer to wander within bow range!

Hopefully that next photo comes with a big buck and a successful shot. Make it count, Adam! 😂⚡

Another Wingstop is getting the ARC treatment! ⚡🍗 Justin and Jonathan kicked things off this week, running conduit at lightning speed. These boys aren’t winging it! 😂

Appreciate the hard work from our commercial crew and the opportunity to team up with a new contractor on this project. Excited to bring this space to life!

Congrats to our favorite western Iowa contractor, Patriot's Choice Contracting, on today’s open house and 15 years in business! 🎉

The “C” of ARC, Cass, and our alter ego, “NARC” Nic, stopped by to celebrate. Owner James even greeted Cass with a good old-fashioned headlock—just a little contractor appreciation. 😂

We’re proud to work alongside this crew. Here’s to another 15 years of building amazing spaces and letting us wire them up! ⚡🍻

⚡ October anniversaries at ARC! ⚡

Five great guys celebrating another year with our crew!

🔹 Jonathan Triana — 2 years
Jonathan has been learning the ropes on our commercial projects and growing his skills along the way. Proud to see his progress!

🔹 Doug Maben — 3 years
Doug has been doing amazing work on our high-end custom homes. Those builds take attention to detail, and we appreciate everything he puts into them!

🔹 Byron Peyton — 2 years
Byron has been organizing our shop like a madman! Keeping this crew’s tools and materials in order is no small task. 😂

🔹 Nick Thomas — 2 years
Nick has been going strong on multifamily, busting out hundreds of units and helping keep some big projects moving!

🔹 Brady Schmitz — 4 years
Brady has been with us since high school and has tackled residential, service, commercial, and multifamily work. Watching him grow with ARC has been something special!

That’s 13 combined years of hard work and helping build ARC into what it is today. Appreciate you, fellas! 💪⚡

⚡🏠 A FRIENDLY ELECTRICAL SAFETY REMINDER! 🚨🔥

These are the calls you never want to see. Unfortunately, this homeowner lost their entire home to a devastating electrical fire.

We want to use this opportunity to remind everyone that power strips and extension cords are NOT meant to handle heavy electrical loads! Freezers, refrigerators, battery chargers, space heaters, and other high-draw equipment can overload cords and power strips, creating a serious fire hazard.

If you need more outlets or dedicated circuits, have a licensed electrician get you set up properly. A little preventative work can save you from a whole lot of heartache!

Our ARC crew is now helping this homeowner figure out the next steps, whether that’s rebuilding from the studs or wiring an entirely new home.

Please don’t wait until something like this happens! If you have questions or concerns about your home’s electrical system, give us a call. We’d much rather help prevent a fire than show up after one. ❤️⚡

🌅⚡ Early mornings and big progress at West Glen!

Nick Thomas caught one heck of a sunrise shot at our West Glen multifamily project! 🔥

With 184 units going in, our crews have already knocked out 60 fully trimmed-out units! 💪

Proud of our entire multifamily division and the hard work these guys continue to put in! Huge shoutout to Dylan for keeping this massive project moving and Nick Thomas and the crews for getting it done!

60 down, 124 to go! ⚡🏗️

Boss man getting his steps in this week! 😂⚡️

We’re getting the route flagged for a new underground trenching project with one of our favorite contractors, Rowland Construction! Nothing like laying down a bunch of white flags and then letting 811 tell us whether we picked a good route… or if we’re about to smoke something expensive underground. 😂🤞

This will eventually be a pretty awesome new garage space for the homeowner, and we’re excited to get rolling on it!

And apparently Boss Man has decided he’s an architect now too. 🤦‍♂️😂 Swipe to see what a little too much confidence in his ChatGPT abilities came up with for the finished product.

Big thanks to Rowland Construction for continuing to trust ARC with project after project over the years. We appreciate you guys!

From white flags ➡️ underground ➡️ finished garage… stay tuned! ⚡️
