My name is michael webb and I own SJWebb Grading LLC. I offer the following services
•parking pads
•pads for sheds/ pools
•driveway installs ( Gravel & Asphalt millings )
•driveway makeovers
•demolition
•mulching

Here is my question!

I’ve been thinking about offering different type / rates for services but trying to get a feel for the market since it’s very flooded with what I offer as well there being a ton of other honest and great grading companies out there.

Which service would you be most interested in if at all

1. Day rates $1000-$1250 ( use me and my equipment for what you need for a set rate per day )

2. Rentals - would you be interested in renting trailers or equipment that I own ?

3. Start running specials - I already offer discounts for veterans, referrals and returning customers. What other “specials” would interest you so I can keep equipment running and it make sense.

4. “Contracts “ would you be interested in me offering recurring services like landscape companies offer where I come out as often as you want and maintain areas.

PS : For reference on the day rates 90% of the jobs I complete are done within 1 day.
