For 16 years, Jenn Deal has proudly served as the Office Manager and voice of Southside Safe Lock & Door. But her experience in the locksmith industry goes back even further — 21 years of hands-on knowledge of locks, keys, commercial hardware, automotive keys, safes, doors, access control, and security solutions.
When you call Southside, Jenn is often the first voice you hear. She understands that great customer service is more than simply answering the phone — it’s listening, knowing the right questions to ask, understanding the problem, and helping customers find the right solution.
