Sometimes you can choose the wrong shrub/tree and not know it until 3 or 4 years later. That's what happened here. No problem for us. We dug them up and relocated them to another area. And planted these nice Emerald Green Arborvitae's to replace them. Another happy customer 😊

❄️ ICE STORM UPDATE ❄️

While most of us have made it through the initial impact, forecasters are still warning that conditions today are expected to worsen, with additional ice, fallen trees and limbs, and hazardous conditions possible.

Although Milner, GA avoided the worst of the storm, we know many nearby areas to the north were not as fortunate and are still dealing with downed trees, more to come and storm debris.

Back before Christmas, Miss Corky, who owns and operates a beautiful horse farm in Pike county, had 10 dump trucks of sand delivered so it could be spread throughout her arena.

TLC Property Maintenance met Miss Corky around 10 years ago, and she’s been a constant customer ever since - providing us with year-round work, something we are truly grateful for, especially during the winter months.

Yesterday, we hauled our skid steer over and got everything spread out smooth and ready, just the way she wanted it.

Wow! That was a bunch of rain ya'll. Just jumping on here to let our customers know they will get serviced this week! But regular routes and schedules will not be as usual, as we are behind on about 30 client's with the Cherokee Rose Shooting resort being one of those clients! Tomorrow morning we will hit the ground running and straight hustle to get everything caught up and in order. Thank you ahead of time for your patience and understanding. Customer had a very nice gate that was in serious need of some landscaping to go with it. So we came in and added a couple of emerald green arborvitae trees on each side of the columns. Lined the sides of the driveway with wintergreen boxwoods. Formed out beds and dressed them with the Indian creek river rock and finished it off with landscape lighting. We are very proud of the way this project turned out.
