So somehow I am the SME (Subject Matter Expert) for Altanta Premier Home Pros i was recently offered the field manager position but turned it down as it is less money than I currently make as I get piece rate type pay.
So yeah i turned it down they hired a new field manager and somehow they well everyone still consults me I had to look this up and apparently im the SME because I have all the technical knowledge as I've built 1000s of showers with no call backs. Maybe if they offend $2k a week I might take that offer PHP goes through field managers like skittles lol prolly also why too but idk it feels good to know how highly regarded i am and relieves my stress because I stress hard on my projects about doing it correctly and perfect so I have no service calls because a service call nomatter what it is maybe little like my helper installing the anti scauld wrong on the valve and their water won't get hot it's an eslasy fix for sure but the call itself is the stress factor. When you hear your boss tell you Pay attention to detail this is what that means it'll save you so much headache.
I absolutely love my Career it maybe stressful but in the end it feels good!
