The finishes have been selected. Now comes the part you get to imagine.

8612 Reed Street in Shadow Creek is starting to feel less like a new build and more like a home.

Cookies, construction and a new partnership. I’d say it’s been a pretty good week.

I’ve been making the rounds with THI Builders cookies from Eileen's Colossal Cookies and officially sharing the news that I’m now representing THI Builders in the Omaha metro.

But here’s what I really want buyers and agents to know.

THI is a family-owned Nebraska builder that puts communication and client involvement at the center of the building process.

One of my favorite parts is Buildertrend, your online client portal where you can follow construction progress, see jobsite photos, view schedules and communicate with the THI team throughout your build.

No wondering, “So…what’s happening with my house?” You can actually follow along as it comes together.
