Commercial Soft Washing in Metairie, LA 💦

This commercial property cleaned up and is looking sharp!

We recently completed a full exterior soft wash of this Goodyear Tire & Service location in Metairie, Louisiana, removing years of organic growth, staining, and buildup from the building exterior.

We also took the cleaning to the rooftop, soft washing the stucco screening walls surrounding the HVAC equipment for a complete top-to-bottom clean.

Commercial exterior cleaning requires the right equipment, methods, and experience to get great results while minimizing disruption to the business.

Professional results. Commercial capability. No Hassle Service.

From old New Orleans home ➡️ working office space — but that classic NOLA charm still deserves to shine! ⚜️

We cleaned up this commercial property along St. Claude Ave. in the Marigny, tackling years of buildup on the front porch, steps, walkways and exterior surfaces.

Nothing flashy needed here… just a good cleaning to bring that New Orleans character back to life. 💦🏠

Residential roots. Commercial purpose. Fresh NOLA clean.

Check out this commercial cleaning! 😮

This weekend our team had the privilege of partnering with Extraordinary Flooring to prepare this warehouse for a new industrial epoxy floor.

Our job was to degrease and hot water clean approximately half of the warehouse, removing years of dirt, grease, and contaminants left behind from servicing heavy-duty trucks. In a couple of weeks, we’ll return to complete the second half after the first section has been diamond ground and coated with a commercial-grade epoxy system.

Every great floor starts with proper preparation, and we’re honored to play our part in helping another contractor deliver an exceptional finished product.

A special shoutout to Nathan, who joined us for some projects in his summer break from school. He worked hard, had a great attitude, and was a real blessing to have on the crew. We’re looking forward to having him back with us next summer!

Thank you to Extraordinary Flooring LLC for trusting us with this project. We appreciate the opportunity and look forward to finishing the job soon!

☀️ Summer in New Orleans is HOT... but these results are hotter!

The Louisiana heat, humidity, and afternoon storms create the perfect environment for algae, mildew, and grime to take over your driveway and sidewalks. A professional concrete cleaning doesn't just improve curb appeal—it also helps reduce slippery surfaces and keeps your property looking its best all summer long.

This recent project in Lakeview (70124) brought this driveway and sidewalks back to life with a safe, professional surface cleaning. The difference speaks for itself.

If you're in Lakeview, Harrison Avenue, West End, Lake Vista, Navarre, or anywhere in the 70124 area, now is the perfect time to freshen up your home's exterior before the peak of summer.

Some jobs build character… this one just builds a really good tan. 😂

At least the roof looks better than I do by the end of the day.
