✅ Perform lawn care tasks including mowing, edging, fertilizing, and aerating to keep lawns healthy and attractive.

✅ Assist with landscape maintenance such as planting, pruning, weeding, and mulching to enhance plant health and aesthetics.

✅ Operate hand tools, power tools, and small machinery like excavators for landscape installation and site preparation.

✅ Support hardscape projects by laying pavers, installing retaining walls, or building pathways under supervision.

✅ Conduct tree care activities including trimming, pruning, and planting to promote safety and growth.

Experience

✅ Previous experience in landscaping, gardening, or construction is preferred but not required; on-the-job training will be provided.

✅ Mechanical knowledge of tools & small machinery is a plus.

✅ Familiarity with lawn care practices such as mowing, fertilizing, and aeration enhances your ability to succeed in this role.

✅ Ability to operate hand tools (shovels, rakes) and power tools safely and effectively.

✅ Physical stamina to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions for extended periods.

✅ Strong teamwork skills combined with a positive attitude are essential for success in this energetic environment.

Starting pay $17.50-$22.50/hr. depending on experience.
