If you're a general contractor we are not interested in working for you unless you deposit half down on our labor up front. Everyone else does, you can too. Any project delays at all will be billed at $600/day if you delay our scheduled project. If you delay us by a week we will cancel on you and non refund 40% of your initial deposit. Our time is not free. We dont work with anyone who doesn't operate on a tight standard. We plan proactively months ahead for projects. The world of general contracting keeps getting sloppier and sloppier as more people become GCs who dont actually understand phases of construction and how they should be properly scheduled. No, we dont provide any sort of cut rate just so you can profit on our work just because you're a general contractor who provides us a project, we can find our own projects direct with homeowners so why in the world would we want to cut our rates with you? No one ever needs to be in our way. If we come in to a dirty disgusting job on top of others sloppy work its $1,000 to clean the job up before we even get started. All this is said to push away the wrong contractors that we are not interested in doing floors for.

Since our last post, we grew into a second location. Business is good. Life is good. Growth feels amazing. Serving people is a blessing.

After 2 and a half years we decided to finally jump into the carpet business as well. Carpet has its place in homes. Honestly nothing should go in the home other than Carpet, Hardwood, and Tile. At the moment I have a standard selection of carpets. With each client we serve I Donny Jeter direct almost 100% of funding I make off of each client back into my business.

There's no other flooring business you'll find that's like me. I guarantee it.
