Due to the severity of the weather over the weekend and yesterday. MLM Contractors *office* will be closed today. If you need material, we will be open to load you an accept your demolition materials on the yard. Please see the loader operator for direction on payment and where to dump. We want to sincerely apologize for the recent shortage of materials. Between unexpected equipment breakdowns 🔧 and fulfilling large commercial orders 🏗️, things got a little backed up on our end.

We’re back on track and actively producing materials — and yes… we’ve got what you’ve been waiting for! 🙌

🪨 The majority of our materials are back in stock with the exception of screened topsoil a large surge. We hope to have topsoil in the next couple of weeks. We are not offering large surge stone at this time as we have crushed all large surge to make more small surge for our customers.
