While locally owned and operated, we are a franchise operation having served the Carolinas market since 1974 through two offices; one in Charlotte located on Billy Graham Parkway and the other located in Greer, SC. Our company’s Franchisor is Stanley Convergent Security, a company owned and operated by Stanley Black and Decker and represents the second largest security company in North America. We are aligned with ninety other Sonitrol Franchise Dealers throughout North America serving over 150 cities. The relationship we have with our other franchise owners as well as with Stanley Convergent Security allow Sonitrol to be tied into a network constantly in touch with the latest technology and applications of security deterrence, detection and response. We have also partnered with Honeywell as one of their First Alert Dealers which likewise gives us access to one of the largest and most sophisticated Security Products and Services companies on the globe. Having these resources available for consultation, support and guidance enables Sonitrol to provide our Customers with a “best in class” experience for their security needs.
