This Box Turtle visited the plant nursery a few days ago. Luckily since the nursery is more of a wild and nature based one this Box Turtle will have plenty of hardy native plant leaves to eat which grow around here. Leaves from plants such as Dandelion, Plantain, Mammoth Pink Clover, and White Clover. Box Turtles also love Earthworms which live in healthy native soil or healthy garden soil such as the garden soil made here in the nursery. This Box Turtle is surrounded by many different kinds of wild woodland mushrooms growing here around the nursery. Also luckily for this Box Turtle the nursery is surrounded by many different kinds of native fruits as well, such as Black Raspberry, Persimmon, wild grape, wild Blueberry, Blackberry, and Wild Cherry. Now this Box Turtle feels right at home!
