Come join a growing, established, locally owned business! Greer Flooring is hiring a front desk receptionist for our Greer location.
This person will be the first point of contact for our company and expected to maintain a pleasant personality, be organized and able to multitask while delivering exceptional customer service. The front desk receptionist provides an overall welcoming environment while answering customer questions, receiving payments and fielding communication.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal & communication skills
• Impeccable organizational skills
• Self-motivated and able to multitask
• Effective verbal and written communication
• Professional attitude and appearance
• Experience with various office & phone systems
• Previous experience with Microsoft office
• Proficient written and verbal communication
• Professionalism

Receptionist Job Responsibilities:

• Welcome & Direct customers and visitors
• Field communication by phone & email to provide accurate information and quality customer service
• Receive customer payments by phone or in person.
• Perform other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing.

Hours/Benefits

Receptionist hours are Monday through Friday from 8 am until 5 pm.
Pay depends upon experience.
Paid holidays and vacation time.
Insurance and 401K are available.
