We have decided to pay our people for a half of day on election day and start work at 10 AM instead of 7 AM to allow our employees time to go vote. I challenge all other business owner out there to do the same. We are debating giving the whole day off on the four year cycle for presidential elections, but we will certainly be doing the half a day for this election cycle. Voting is the backbone of the country and we should treat it that way. PS. I believe the deadline to register in Delaware is October 10.
