For anyone interested in aeration, please text the word aeration to 864-910-1383 along with your name and address and you will be added to the list. Prior to service, you will need to mark any irrigation heads, water meter/utility boxes, and underground pet perimeter fencing with paint or flags. This will prevent any damage from the aerator. We will start the aerations April 20th. Please don’t overlook or miss out on this opportunity.

Just a reminder… We saw our first hummingbirds on the feeders this morning! Go ahead and get your hummingbird feeders out and ready for another healthy season! Be sure to refresh their food and wash the waterers regularly to keep them well fed!

With the warmer temperatures beginning to move in, we will start to see the annual migration of wildlife. One of those being our hummingbirds. It’s now time to start feeding our traveling feathered friends. A solid recipe is four cups sugar to every gallon of water. Bring this to a boil for ten minutes and then let cool. There is no need to add red food coloring as it’s not healthy for the birds. Make sure to change out your sugar water every week.
