An unforgettable day of speed, style, and aviation. 🏎️✈️
Thank you to everyone who joined us!

Haley Custom Homes was proud to be part of Drive & Fly with Ferrari and Independence Aviation—an incredible afternoon bringing together luxury cars, aviation, design, and great company.

From beautiful cars and aircraft to exceptional design, technology, and hospitality, it was a great opportunity to connect with friends, clients, and partners while celebrating craftsmanship in all its forms.

Williams Jewelers, Harrison Home Systems, and Eddie V’s helped make the day so memorable.

Ready to pour!

The first truck has arrived, and this structural slab is ready to come to life. Beneath it all is a carefully planned radiant heat system—one of those details you may never see once the home is finished, but you’ll definitely feel. Every detail matters.😍🏡✨

Build better. Live better.

Quality you see starts with quality you don’t!
Exceptional quality isn’t just in what you see. It’s in the details behind the walls, the craftsmanship that goes unnoticed, and doing things right even when no one will ever see it.

Old soul. New chapter. 🏡✨

We’re bringing this classic home back to life with a full renovation and addition—preserving the character and charm that make it special while creating something fresh for the way we live today.

We can’t wait to watch this transformation unfold.

Blocking. Easy Prep that saves Headaches
This is why a good plan is key to a successful home!

This edition’s tip from HCH Builder’s Corner — before drywall closes up the walls, your builder should know about every fixture you want mounted; even fixtures you might want mounted for the future — bath accessories, grab bars, a wall-mounted TV, a floating vanity, wall hooks, etc.

Adding solid wood blocking inside the wall during framing costs almost nothing. Adding it after drywall means cutting into finished walls, patching, and repainting. At HCH, we always ask the design team to notate these locations on the interior elevations, so you don't have to worry.

Below is a photo of one of our homes before we close up the walls with bathroom blocking. Have a build question you’d like us to cover?
