It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of our beloved Poppy, Frank A. Rosa, on July 10, 2026.
Frank was the proud founder of Rosa Carpentry, a business he built through decades of hard work, unmatched craftsmanship, honesty, and dedication. His talent as a master carpenter left a lasting mark on countless homes and families throughout our community, and his legacy continues to inspire us every day.
Born in Casa Sola, Italy, Frank immigrated to the United States as a young child and spent nearly his entire life in Greenwich. He was a devoted member of the Greenwich Boat & Yacht Club, and had a lifelong passion for designing, building, and restoring wooden boats.
Above all else, Frank was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, and friend. To us, he was simply “Poppy”—the steady, kind, hardworking man who taught us the value of family, integrity, and taking pride in everything you do.
We take comfort knowing he is reunited with the love of his life, Angeline.
Thank you to everyone who has reached out with your prayers, love, and support during this difficult time. We are forever grateful for the incredible life he lived and the legacy he leaves behind.
Rest in peace, Poppy. Your hands built so much more than homes—you built a family, a business, and a legacy that will live on forever. ❤️
