Website down due to renovation to use the knowledge and resources that made us the #2 builder in Custom Homes in SC. This site will become a Consultant and employee of New Homeowners that want to have a dream without knowing anything of the order of operations.Also financial .How much when to and why you shouldn't. It's the site for people that don't want to lose their money and live in a well built home with their family For 30 + years I've known and dealt with what some people call subcontractors which they are out there .Can you pick the good from the bad . 30 years and 1000s of no shows and don't proceed and see you later but not on my job. Not all but the sad thing is the majority. What to look out for the dos and donts of this business. [email protected]. Book will be released in 2023. I still consult and if you can't afford it . No Worries. I have seen it all and Sick and Tired of People getting took by Professional Cons with a business that has a lot in it. This is not about buying my book. The phone hasn't stopped ringing due to these groups and magizines and Associations that say I'm wrong for doing this. Shutting down website.Starting a new business in the same field .Helping HomeOwners to build their own home .Also to eliminate troubles they would run into.Also making sure subcontractors do the job they are contracted to do.Another benefit is to show them how to find materials cheaper then the builder.Showing them leads to subs and quality workmanship.Giviing them Payscales for subcontractors .Helping them understand General insurance. Where to start how to save.

I am in the process of starting a new venture after 30 years of Residential and Commercial building.It still is in the same field.As a builder I have built homes in the range of $200,000 to 20 million.Thank you Jack..I worked side by side with my guys when I get any free time. I always tell people going into business for theirselves you employee respect you to another level when you work harder and smarter alongside of them.My new Venture is to help the Home Owners and New Home builders and people remodeling not get ripped off.Make sure contractors are legitimate and are insured LLC Just don't come in and talk their self into someones hard earned money.Before they ask for money me and the contractor and owner will make sure they have finish their work and is inspected.Also that it is done with the quality that I put forth in my 30+ years also done the proper way .This is a Contractors number 1 way to get your money.Make sure subcontractors don't get flip flopped on money issues and their work if they are getting draws.In my 30 years I have seen subcontractors tell the best lies and scam people out of their hard earned money they saved to build their dream home.I wasn't in business to make friends.I wasn't there to steal from people.Seeing this made me think about not a business but helping homeowners not get scammed .I really got tired of subcontractors trying to steal from people.Thats how I look at it.I don't want be their Superintendent but be there for the times where I know things are not feeling right to the. New Home Builder.
