Meet Jonna Watson, our Office Supervisor! Jonna is known as a "Jill of all trades" at TIC, often managing anything that might pop up, big or small. She is a huge part of our team, and we wouldn't be nearly as successful if it wasn't for her taking care of us like she does.

A word from Jonna:

"For the past three years, I have been an integral part of Texas Innovative Controls, supporting the company’s daily financial, administrative, and human resources operations. My role involves managing multiple areas of the business and helping ensure projects, employees, billing, and financial processes stay organized and on track. On a personal note, I have 5 kids, 2 grand kids, and love being with my family at home and at TIC!"

Meet Derick Linton, Owner and President of Texas Innovative Controls!

Derick’s vision and entrepreneurial drive have played a major role in building TIC into the company it is today. His focus has always been bigger than simply completing projects—it's about building a company that creates opportunities for its employees, takes care of its customers, and isn't afraid to pursue new ideas and new markets.

A word from Derick:
“When we started building Texas Innovative Controls, my goal was never just to build another HVAC, electrical, and controls company. I wanted to build something that our employees could be proud to be a part of and our customers could count on.
I believe you have to be willing to take chances if you want to grow. Some of the best opportunities come from being willing to step outside your comfort zone, surround yourself with good people, and trust your team to do what they do best.
I’m extremely proud of what TIC has become, but I’m even more excited about where we’re going. We have an incredible group of people here, and I believe we're only getting started.
At the end of the day, my philosophy is pretty simple: take care of your people, take care of your customers, do what you say you’re going to do, and never stop looking for the next opportunity to grow.”

We at TIC are excited to share that we now have two numbers- one for residential needs and one for commercial needs.

If you want someone to look at your home for any HVAC or Electrical work, 469-853-3172 is the number to call. You will get sent directly to our Residential Service Coordinator where we will get a technician out as soon as possible.

If you own a company, 469-853-3175 is our new dedicated business line to ensure you get in contact with someone promptly to handle any business needs you may have.

Both lines guarantee you are supported with anything you may need.

Clayton and his team specialize in building management systems (BMS), providing building automation, HVAC controls, and energy management solutions. Our team handles system installations, programming, commissioning, and service to ensure buildings operate efficiently, reliably, and comfortably.
