Most building owners aren’t regularly getting on their roof - and we don’t expect them to.

This TPO roof hadn’t been checked in years. The first sign something was wrong? A brown spot on the ceiling.

That’s really what commercial roof maintenance is about: having someone regularly check what you can’t see from the ground and catching things before the inside of your building tells you there’s a problem.

Nothing like watching your gutters grow a better garden than the one you actually planted.

Here’s the nitty gritty: gutters should be cleaned at least twice a year - and if you have trees hanging over your roof, you’ll probably need to clean them more often.

If your gutters have moved from “a few leaves” to “landscaping,” it’s time.
