This commercial double glass door was originally equipped with push-bar hardware and top & bottom locking rods. The customer wanted a more convenient locking solution that would allow them to easily secure the door when needed while maintaining practical everyday access.
Our team completed a fresh mortise lock installation, including precise measurements, cutting and preparing the aluminum door for the mortise lock body and cylinder, installing and aligning the new hardware, and creating a custom strike opening for proper latch engagement.
Once the lock was fully installed and tested, we sealed the remaining gaps and finished the modified areas to provide a clean, professional appearance.
