Customer Service Spotlight: Chris Lockhart, Director of Technical Services 🔧🎉

We’re excited to recognize the exceptional commitment of Chris Lockhart, who was recently promoted to Director of Technical Services. 🎊 Chris went above and beyond to support a customer during a high-end Moovair system installation. 💨

On the final day of installation, Chris spent considerable time troubleshooting over the phone when the call unexpectedly dropped. Despite this, he quickly reconnected and determined that on-site assistance was needed—even though it was after hours. Without hesitation, he headed to the site to provide hands-on support.

At 7:48 PM, we received a call from the customer letting us know the system was up and running, thanks to Chris’s determination and expertise. 💪🙌

Chris’s unwavering dedication to ensuring our customers’ success—no matter the time—truly exemplifies his leadership and technical acumen. 👏 Thank you, Chris, for going the extra mile! 🌟

Tech Tip: Want to know how to check low voltage or thermostat wires for opens or shorts? Here's a quick guide using voltage measurements. 🧰⚡

For Shorts:
- Fan out all wires so they’re not touching.
- With the “R” wire connected, measure voltage between wire ends and the “C” terminal.
- Reading: 0 volts means no short. Any voltage indicates a short.

For Opens:
- Connect all wires at one end with a wire nut.
- Measure voltage between wire ends and “C.”
- Reading: 24 volts means the wire is good. 0 volts indicates an open wire.
